In the context of the project “Edition des Registres du Conseil de Genève”, managed by the Fondation de l'Encyclopédie de Genève, this project aims at using digitized pages of the manuscripts, along with their transcription as annotation to setup and evaluate a recognition pipeline via Machine Learning (most likely Deep Convolutional Neural Networks) to help the transcription of these manuscripts and their documented online publication, to the benefit of the research communities of historians, theologians, linguists,…
