In the context of the project "**Edition des Registres du Conseil de Genève**", managed by the //Fondation de l'Encyclopédie de Genève//, this project aims at using digitized pages of the manuscripts, along with their transcription as annotation to setup and evaluate a recognition pipeline via Machine Learning (most likely **Deep Convolutional Neural Networks**) to help the transcription of these manuscripts and their documented online publication, to the benefit of the research communities of historians, theologians, linguists,...
